KARACHI: Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman visited the PAF Masroor Base on Tuesday.

Upon his arrival, the air chief was presented with a guard of honour by a smartly turned out contingent.

The visit was undertaken to assess thewar preparedness and operational readiness of the various squadrons and installations of the base, according to a statement.

While interacting with airmen, the air chief appreciated their level of motivation in performing assigned tasks.`We must remain focused and make dedicated efforts as a team to keep the Pakistan air force in the highest state of operational readiness,` the air chief said.

He emphasised the need for defending the aerial frontiers of the country at every cost.-PPI
