KFC TRADEMARK WARNING NOTICE Legal Action against Imitators of the Renowned Brand, KFC ZINGER Registered Trademark It is hereby made known to all companies, restaurants, natural persons and legal persons, particularly engaged in the food industry that our client Gray Mackenzie Restaurants International Limited `GMRIL` (doing its business under the name and style of KFC Restaurants in Pakistan, being the exclusive franchisee of Yum Restaurant International) has the sole right to use the trademark `ZINGER` in Pakistan.

It recently came to our client`s notice that some unscrupulous persons and a number of restaurants across Pakistan are trying to encash the enviable reputation and goodwill of our client by using our client`s trademark `ZINGER` to sell their products across Pakistani markets, thereby the public at large. By means of this notice, we hereby warn all such imitators to restrain from using the trademark `ZINGER`.

Be it known to all, after the publication of this notice, whoever is found involved in using the trademark `ZINGER` to sell their products shall face stern legal action, which includes filing of suit and claim for heavy damages, confiscation of products and any/all other available legal actions as prescribed by the Pakistan Penal Code and/or other applicable laws, solely at the risk of such persons as to cost and consequences.
