KARACHI: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi welcomed the incoming batch of 2024 at Orientation Gala.

The three-day event saw the participation of around 2,500 people, including new students, their parents, faculty, and staff.

IBA Executive Director Dr S Akbar Zaidi welcomed the students, encouraging them to make the most of their years at IBA, balancing academics with a variety of extracurricular activities.

Dean Student AffairsMaheen Ghauri highlighted IBA`s inclusive culture and expressed her excitement to witness the students` growth during their time at the institute.

The event included orientation sessions by the School of Business Studies (SBS) on Day 1, followed by the School of Mathematics and Computer Science (SMCS) and School of Economics and Social Sciences (SESS) on Day 2. On Day 3, a Meet and Greet session allowed students and parents to interact with deans, chairpersons, and faculty.-Dawn Report
