MIRPURKHAS: A speeding passenger coach knocked down two persons riding a motorcycle near Choona factory along Mirwah road on Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Ramesh Oad and Bilal Oad, residents of the Sultanabad area of Tando Allahyar.

Police shifted the bodies to the Mirpurkhas Civil Hospital for a postmortem examination and then handed over to the heirs.

The coach driver escaped from the accident site leaving behind his vehicle, which was impounded by the police.
