ISLAMABAD: The PTI will hold a countrywide protest on Friday (today) for the release of incarcerated party founder Imran Khan.

PTI leader and former National Assembly speaker Asad Qaiser, in a video statement, said the party would hold the protest for the release ofImran Khan.

He said the PTI founding chairman is fighting for Haqiqi Azadi (true freedom) of Pakistan.

`I urge the whole nation to come on the roads and protest for the release of Mr Khan because he is rendering sacrifices for the nation,` he said.
