I recently bought a kilogram of potatoes for Rs80. When I asked about the rate list, the shopkeeper said he had not received it yet. I checked the prices on the `Qeemat Punjab app` which showed the official price to be Rs65. But the shopkeeper argued that he had himself bought it for Rs70 from the main market! H.M.Usman Narowal
