LAHORE: Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmed Khan Bhachar has condemned Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz`s recent remarks against the judiciary, calling them as unacceptable.

He said the government was facing imminent collapse due to the controversy surrounding Form 47.

Speaking to the media at the Lahore High Court Bar Association, Mr Bhachar predicted thegovernment`s downfall and questioned the rationale behind maligning institutional reputations.

He called the chief minister a `TikToker` whose contributions amounted to little more than empty statements.

He said the opposition would soon take to the streets to protest against soaring inflation. He revealed plans for rallies on August 14, starting in Islamabad and followed by Lahore. Staff Reporter
