UNEMPLOYMENT in Pakistan has left people in deep distress. The selection process in government departments is lil(e going through psychological problems. One cannot decide what to do after getting a master`s degree.
For instance, I appeared for the test of a veterinary ofhcerin thelivestock department, Gilgit-Baltistan, on June 17, 2013, and stood first in the written part.
The results of the shortlisted candidates were announced in September and interviews were conducted on Sept 15, 2016, after three years` delay. However, candidates are still waiting for appointment letters.
I would request the higher authorities to speed up the selection process.
