QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri ordered the officials concerned on Sunday to tighten security on the occasion of Chehlum processions of Imam Hussain and provide security to mourners participating in them on Monday.
According to a press release, the chief minister ordered cooperation and coordination among all law-enforcement agencies to ensure security on the occasion.
`All Chehlum-related processions should be providedcomplete security,` he said.
The chief minister also ordered deployment of lawenforcement personnel on all entry points of the provincial capital and important roads.
He asked the home department and deputy commissionersto1(eepcontrolrooms in their offices functional round the clock.
Section144 Meanwhile, the Balochistan government imposed Section 144 and banned pilling riding in the provincial capital.
