PESHAWAR: Mohammad Abbas successfully defended his MPhil dissertation titled `The causal relationship between gross national happiness and economic growth in Pakistan`, said a press release issued here on Wednesday.

He completed his research work under the supervision of Prof Dr Mohammad Zeeshan of City University of Science and Information Technology.

His external examiner was Dr Noor Jehan, associate professor of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan.
