THREE District Magistrates gave evidence before the Special Court of Inquiry in Karachi on Monday [June 21], after a 50-minute cross-examination of Mr Fatehchand Asudumal, the Advocate-General of Sind, by the Counsel for Mr Khuhro. Sheikh Noor Mohammad Total, Collector of Nawabshah, gave evidence on charge 40 (g): `Misappropriation of Rs 14,600 collected by the Collector of Nawabshah at the instance of Mr Khuhro as donation for the Sind Observer.
Mr Ghulam Hussain Agha, Collector of Tharparkar ... gave evidence on the charges of `Misconduct and corruption shares worth Rs 15,000 for Alwahid Press and misappropriation of Rs 20,000 out of Rs 30,000 received by him (Mr Khuhro) from Mr G.H.

Mr M.Y.K. Agha, Collector of Dadu ... was a witness on the charge of misappropriation of `Rs3,330 presented as a purse for his (Mr Khuhro`s) Special Fund on his visit to Dadu on March 18`, and charge 34 B of maladministration `in that without any amendment in Court Fees Act, Mr Khuhro verbally ordered that on applications in connection with Rent Control, court fee stamp of Rs 2 to be affixed`.
