LAKKI MARWAT: Three persons were killed when a car engaged in drifting hit their motorcycle near Malang Adda in Lakki Marwat district on Saturday, the police said.

They said two bike riders, identified as Mashal Khan and Qamar Zaman, died on the spot, and their bodies along with injured companion, Irfan, were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital, Tajazai.

The car driver, Muzammil and his companion, Zahid, were also injured in the accident and transported to the hospital, the police said, adding the injured Irfan later succumbed to injuries while being shifted to a hospital in Bannu.

The police registered a case against the car driver and began an investigation.
