KARACHI: The Malir police on Monday claimed to have arrested a woman over charges of killing her brother due to a property dispute in the limits of Sukhan police on Sunday evening.

They added that the deceased, Somar Ibrahim, 40, was killed by his sister with the help of a sharp-edged instrument in Rehri Goth near Pan Para.

Malir SSP Dr Abdul Khalig Pirzada visited the crime scene and within few hours, the police arrested the suspect, Amna Ali Mohammed. During the interrogation, she confessed to killing the deceased over a property dispute. -Staff Reporter
