PESHAWAR: A singlemember Peshawar High Court bench on Monday granted bail to a man suspected of involved in the honour-related murder of his mother-in-law in Nowshera district few months ago.
Accepting the bail plea of the accused, Abdur Razzaq, Justice Roohul Amin Khan Chamkani directed the petitioner to submit two surety bonds valuing Rs200,000 each. The FIR of the case was registered at the Akora Khattak police station in Nowshera on July 31, 2016, under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
