INSTEAD of being a rabbit caught in the headlights, the man at the top should do what is missing, i.e. take decisions because, perhaps,the buck stops there.
If you are decisive you are a good prime minister. It will be all the more better if you are decisive and right. So please hurry before it is too late to take any decision.
