KARACHI: A suspect was shot dead and another arrested in wounded condition after an alleged encounter in Federal B. Area on Saturday evening.

Central SSP Zeeshan Shafiq Siddiqi said that the encounter took in Block-19 when a police patrol challenged the suspects and in an ensuing encounter killed one of them. He said that the deceased could not be identified till late in the night. -Staff Reporter
