KASUR: A trader was shot dead and two of his employees suffered injuries during a robbery near Steel Bagh Mor in the limits of Saddar police station on Sunday.

Police said four unidentified armed robbers stormed into the shop of Muhammad Faizan (32).

Police said that while the robbers were looting cash from the shop counter,Faizan tried to overpower them.

One robber opened indiscriminate firing in the small shop killing Faizan on the spot, while his two employees Faizan Ahmed (20) and Amir (23) were seriously injured.

Police shifted the body and the injured to the DHQ hospital and started investigations. Correspondent
