Shelling by Indian troops injures woman

MUZAFFARABAD, Oct 22: A woman was injured in shelling from across the Line of Control in Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
Kotli`s Deputy Commissioner Masoodur Rehman told Dawn by telephone that after a pause of two days, Indian troops resumed shelling in Nakial sector, targeting civilian populations.
A woman Rasila Begum, wife of Shabbir was injured near a girls` school in Datot village.
She was referred to the District Headquarters Hospital, Kotli.
An eyewitness said a house was damaged in the shelling which caused panic among schoolchildren.
However, no other casualty was reported.
