QUETTA: A Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan`s team on Sunday reached the measles-stricken district of Nushki to vaccinate children suffering from the infection.

The FC team in collaboration with the provincial health department set up a free medical camp in the Qadirabad area to help locals. Last week, 11 children died while scores more were hospitalised after the measles outbreak in the district.

`More than 3,500 children have been vaccinated with the measles jab. Other facilities are also being provided by our medical team,` said an FC spokesman.
