BAHAWALPUR: The Jhal Sial police in Vehari district claimed to have arrested a fake spiritual healer, along with his two sons, for depriving a woman of her jewellery.

According to police, the woman, a resident of 58-KB village, complained to Vehari District Police Officer (DPO) Essa Khan that she was without an issue and went to Pir Tanveer Shah and his sonsAamir Shah and Tahir Shah, for seeking their `blessing` to have a son.

She said the suspects took eight tola gold jewel1ery and Rs1 million cash from her for giving her an amulet, claiming she would have a son because of it.

On the orders of the DPO, police arrested the suspects and registered a case against them. Correspondent
