GUJRAT: A Gujranwala Anti Terrorism Court has confirmed the bail of Chaudhry Musa Elahi, the son of former federal minister Chaudhary Wajahat Hussain, on Thursday in the case of Kotla Civl hospital clash.

Similarly, in another firing case of Karianwala police station, Musa Elahi`s bail before arrest was extended until March 6 by the court of additional district and sessions judge Younas Laar.

Earlier in the day, he appeared in the Gujranwala ATC as the court had earlier granted him bail before arrest which was extended twice and now the court had confirmed it.

Later, he reached Gujrat and appeared in the sessions court whichextended the bail in Karianwala firing case that was lodged against him on the complaint of Gujrat district PML-N vice president Muhammad Ali Gujjar for attacking and firing at his house in January last.

EXTRADITION: Police have got extradited a fugitive wanted in two different murder cases through Interpol from Greece.

A spokesman for police said Muhammad Khalil Khan was wanted in two different murder cases registered against him in Tanda police station in 2011 and in Lorry Adda police station in 2016.

He said the police had accelerated efforts to get the outlaws extradited from abroad as a large number of such suspects wanted in murder cases belonged to Gujrat district.
