AS killers of Mashal Khan and their abettors can be clearly identified in the videos made on the spot, it is an open and shut case. The heinous and inhuman nature of the crime and terrorisation of society make Mashal Khan`s murder a fit case for a trial in a military court.
Thi dastardly case, in my opinion, needs a swift trial rather than prolonged investigations. But, unfortunately, I do not see that happening.
