The decision to launch a large-scale, coordinated strike within a remarkably short timeframe after the Indian attacks was a testament to the military`s exceptionalpreparedness.This rapid response was far from impulsive; it was a meticulously calibrated plan, designed to inflict proportional damage while avoiding civilian casualties and averting an all-out war.
