Robbery case: police seek remand of handicapped youth

GUJRANWALA: Police produced on Tuesday a youth who did not have both legs in court, seeking his remand for physical custody after declaring him an accused in a robbery case.
Ladheywala Warraich police told the court that Jamshed had fled after com-mitting a robbery but police arrested him later on.
The judge was astonished to see the special person in custody and ordered the police to reinvestigate the case properly; however, asking the police to produce him before the court after two days.
Jamshed told the court he was unable to walk and he could not commit robbery and flee.
