THE award distribution ceremony for position-holders of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Sukkur, has not been held for the last many years.
It seems that the authorities concerned are not interested in awarding the meritorious students.
The position-holders have been anxiously waiting for the ceremony. On the other hand, every board in Punjab holds the award distribution ceremony every year.
The BISE, Sukkur, should organise the event, which will certainly encourage students.
