I AM being overbilled on my PTCL landline number 021-3583-1435 despite having cleared all outstanding dues on every bill.
The company keeps posting the same amount every month. Having become so frustrated with the whole exercise, I have decided to disconnect my landline and all PTCL facilities I am using as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
