MUZAFFARGARH: A group of four cyclists from Denmark reached Muzaffargarh on Thursday on their way to Islamabad.
While spending some time with the locals at the Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, they termed Pakistan a safe and beautiful country. They were all praise for Pakistani food, especially chapati and tea.
They said they had reached Pakistan after cycling through 40 countries of the world, including Europe and Gulf countries.
They had a chit-chat with the people who took selfies with them. They said they had been on the road for the last 250 days while they had been on cycles for 156 days.
ACCIDENT: A man died after being hit by the train near Ehsaanpur, Kot Addu.
According to details, a motorcycle rider was stuck on the railway track when another man, identified as Naseer Ahmad, who was returning after morning pr ayer, saw him.
Naseer rushed to help him and pulled him off the track. Though he saved the motorcyclist`s life, Naseer himself was hit by the train and died on the spot.
