PLANET earth has been supporting life for millions of years. We have used this land in so many ways; it has been providing sustenance, habitat, fuel and many other natural resources for the survival of all living species. However, human beings who are social animals, are brutally disturbing the ecosystem.
We are not only wasting vital resources like water blindly but also polluting the land with non-degradable materials like plastic, which is adding toxins to our food resources and devastating aquatic life.
We need to wake up from our slumber and take corrective measures. Being responsible citizens and human beings, we must implement and spread the message about water-saving techniques. We should say an absolute no to plastic bags and opt for cloth or paper bags instead.
The earth has served us well for long, it is time to payback. Af ter all, it will be us who will have to f ace the consequence sooner or later.
