LAHORE: A man was killed while another injured in a road accident in Raiwind area here on Wednesday.

According to the police, Irfan and his friend Amir were on their way to a local market by a motorbike when they were run over by a speeding truck on Raiwind Road.

As a result, Irfan succumbed to his head injuries on the spot while Amir was stated to be critical at hospital.

Police said the truck driver managed his escape.Staff Reporter
