KARACHl: Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd and Meezan Bank, representing the industrial and financial sector respectively, led winners at the Management Association of Pakistan`s (MAP) 39th Corporate Excellence Awards ceremony.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, who was chief guest on the occasion, commended the awards for establishing a framework where organisations operate under ethical guidelines and create an environment that encourages healthy competition and long-term success.

MAP president Sarmad Ali highlighted that the corporate excellence awards served as a benchmark for companies striving to achieve excellence in their respective fields and encouraged them to constantly evolve in the face of ever-changing business dynamics.

KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi was also among the guests.

This year, the event also included a new award for the not-for-profit sector, jointly awarded to Shaukat Khanum Hospital and The Citizens Foundation.-Dawn Report
