APROPOS the news report `Turkey considers chemical castration for child abusers` (Feb 21). I totally agree with the Turkish government`s decision on how to punish the perpetrators of child abuse.
I appeal to the authorities in our country to learn from the Turkish experience and punish child abuse and assaults on women with similar punishment.
