THIS is apropos of letter `SBCA rules violated` (July 6). I agree with the writer that the multi-storey building on plot No.
C1/4, Gulshan-i-Faisal, Bath Island, is being constructed by unscrupulous buildersinviolation ofthe plan approved by the Sindh Building Control Authority.
Also, in compliance with the Supreme Court`s decision the SBCA has already banned construction of multi-storey buildings in Karachi. The builders are also violating the ban imposed by the SBCA as construction work is being carried out round the clock.
I request the SBCA director-general to take immediate action against the builder.
