KAR AK: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl, Karak chapter, on Tuesday complained about the `worsening` law and order situation in the district and alleged the district administration had adopted a partial conduct in the row between district and tehsil nazims.
During a meeting of the JUI-F district executive body here, the participants said the law and order situation in the district was not satisfactory and therefore, the district police officer should be transferred.
They said the deputy commissioner and district police officer played a one-sided and partial role in the row between tehsil nazim Haji Abdul Wahab and district nazim Umar Daraz.
The participants decided to inform the chief secretary and IGP of the current law and order crisis in the district.
They also examined the possibility of agitation against the district nazim and formed committees to inform tehsil cabinets about the decisions of the district executive council.
Meanwhile, JUI-F district information secretary Maulana Atique was removed from his post.
Maulana Shabbir was made his successor by district president Hafiz Ibn-i-Ameen.
The development comes over complaints of a biased conduct against the former information secretary.
The participants also authorised the party`s district president to reshuf fle his cabinet. Correspondent
