Earlier, the court had started the process of declaring 22 PTI workers and leaders, including former ministers and sisters of the party chief, as POs on a request of the investigating officer (IO).
On Tuesday, the IO told the court that the names of Ms Aleema Khan and Ms Uzma Khan, the sisters of Imran Khan, were included in the list of the POs by mistake. He said both women had already secured pre-arrest bail in the case from the court.
Judge Abher Gul Khan allowed the request and withdrew the order to the extent of the former prime minister`s sisters.
The judge had directed the prosecution to publish a proclamation in the national newspapers for the appearance of the suspects on Aug 16.
