LAHORE: PPP has always stood for press freedom, says the Pakistan People`s Party (PPP) central leader and former MPA, Sania Kamran, during the party`s media outreach drive in Punjab.

Ms Kamran emphasised the party`s unwavering commitment to press freedom and democratic values during back-toback meetings with mediaprofessionals in Lahore.

She has recently been assigned the task of overseeing and managing the media and informationrelated matters in central Punjab on behalf of PPP Central Information Secretary Nadeem Afzal Chan.

The media outreach initiative underlines the party`s strategy to deepen its presence in the region through proactive dialogue and coordination with journalists.
