I WISH to draw attention towards the f aulty traf fic lights in Phase VI of the Defence Housing Authority. The light unfortunately have been lying unattended since many months. The two particular spots are the intersection of Khayaban-iShaheen and Khayaban-i-Ittihad and that of Khayaban-i-Shaheen & Khayaban-iMuhafiz. The first one, even in the presence of working traffic lights, has always been a dangerous spot. You can very well imagine the risks of crossing it in the absence of f aulty lights.
I do not know in whose jurisdiction the f aulty traf fic light lies but they need to be fixed it on an urgent basis. The officials concerned must also be passing through these spots and I am astonished that these f aulty traf fic lights have never attracted their attention for months.
