THIS is with reference to the letter `PTCL discrimination` Oct 13). We want to clarif y that addition of other languages to PTCL Customer Care is a continuous process of consideration. We introduced Pushto in our Customer Care, and are also in the process ofintroducingother regional languages.

In case of any complaints, PTCL requests the customers to dial its Helpline 1218 for timely response. Customers can also go to PTCL`s website www.ptcl.com.
