B A H A W A L P U R : Justice Ahsan Raza Kazmi of the Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench, dismissed the writ petition of Malik Sarfraz Nazim Awan, president of Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The petitioner had challenged his ouster by BCCPs majority members.

Ano-confidence motion against Mr Awan was passed last year when 25 executive members out of total 26 in a meeting had carried out a no-confidence motion against him and Malik Sarfraz Nazim Awan had challenged the move in the LHC, from where he was granted a stay order. Correspondent
