TAXILA: A man was buried alive under the debris of an under-construction boundary wall of a police station in Hassanabdal on Tuesday.

Hospital sources said Mohammad Sadeeg was going to his house when the wall of the under-construction police station collapsed. Later, his body was retrieved from the debris and shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.

The family members of the victim also protested over utilisation of substandard material in the wall which caused its collapse.

Hassanabdal police are investigating the case. Correspondent
