RAWALPINDI: On the second day of the Regional Drama Festival under the auspices of Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC), the theatre drama `Aik Jhoot Sao Jhoot` was staged, written and directed by Anjum Malik.

Renowned artists Kashif Rana, Shahzad Pappu, Anjum Malik, Sewera Shahzadi, Amin Shahzada, Imran Hashmi, Faryal Ch, and Sofia Ali performed in the drama team.

In this drama, it was told that the social issue of telling a lie created many problems.The Director of RAC said that, according to the vision of the Punjab government, the drama festival is being arranged, the aim of which is to promote and develop fine arts and provide clean and quality entertainment to the people of twin cities.

In this drama festival, a new story and a new drama team will present their performance every day. A large number of people watched this drama and appreciated the efforts of the Punjab government. This festival will continue till June 5. Staff Reporter
