FOR the past two years the residents of Block 16, Gulistan-i-Jauhar, have been complaining about the leakage of water pipeline at various places with the precious water flowing on the main road running from Samama to Jauhar Chowrangi.
What is worse is that at one such point the K-electric has erected a PMT right on top of the water pipeline.
This has cracked open the pipeline and the water gushes through it whenever it`s our turn to receive water. This is a disaster and no one is looking into the matter.
The other day the pipeline burst open, the water flowed with pressure and the whole area was flooded.
The authorities concerned should do the needful without any further loss of time.
