KARACHI: A private security guard was gunned in North Nazimabad on Thursday over some personal dispute, said Shahrah-i-Noor Jehan police.

They added that Ali Abbas was shot dead in Block-J near Rainbow Bakery.

Central SSP Zeeshan Shafiq Siddiqi said two guards of the bakery fought with each over some issue.

The suspect namely Rafiq managed to escape from the crime scene. The police have recovered the weapon used in the crime. The body was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
