WASHINGTON: Confirming a report in the magazine, `Aviation Week and Space Technology`, which said that Pakistani military officers had become a new `air and ground adviser force` in the Middle East, an Embassy spokesman yesterday [March 26] said, `it is a Government-to-Government thing.
