LAHORE: A district and sessions judge (D&SJ) on Wednesday sought details from the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) about the properties owned by former president retired Gen Pervez Musharraf.
A three-judge special court in Islamabad had ordered the authorities concerned to freeze bank accounts and confiscate property of the former president as he failed to appear before the court despite repeated notices.
A Defence A Police Station official appeared before the judge and stated that the details of Musharraf`s properties could be obtained from the DHA.
At this, D&SJ Nazir Ahmad Gajana issued a notice to DHA Lahore and sought a report on the matter by July 30.
