DERA GHAZIKHAN: The Rajanpur police claime d to have recovered stolen cattle from the gangs hiding in the Katcha area of Rujhan Mazari.

According to a police spokesperson, gangsters had stolen cattle at gunpoint from Basti Chandia and took them deep into the Katcha area.

He said the SHO Rujhan led a team and surrounded the hideoutsof the criminals.

He said that after an intense gunfight, the gangsters were forced to flee deeper into the Katcha area. All the stolen cattle was successfully recovered and DPO Amjad handed it over to their rightful owners, he added.

`The police`s authority has been firmly established in the Katcha area.

Over 400 police personnel remain vigilant at checkpoints, monitoring all entry and exit routes, said DPO Amjad.
