LAHORE: Drug inspectors on Saturday sealed a pharmaceutical factory in Suay Asil on Saturday for manufacturing spurious drugs. The team also seized a cache of drugs.

According to a City District Government of Lahore`s (CDGL`s) spokesman, the factory was being run without a valid licence.

LDA: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has urged the allotment holders of LDA-Avenue scheme to get possession of their plots if they fall in the cleared area of the project.

`The possession of plots in blocks C and D is being handed over to owners,` the spokesperson added. Also, in order to safeguard rights of prospective buyers of plots, the LDA has decided that no plot in any of its housing scheme could be transferred without getting clearance from the LDA.
