CAIRO: Some Arab countries have asked for an urgent meeting of the Arab League Council to discuss developments in Indo-Israel relations and take a unanimous stand on the matter, the Cairo daily `Al Gamhouria` said yesterday [Jan 27 J in a front-page story. The newspaper said `secret` negotiations had already taken place for the supply of aircraft, tanks and cannon to India by Israel and a high Indian military officer was in Tel Aviv in this connection.
