LAHORE: The City District Government of Lahore has deputed nine enforcement inspectors at town level to assist the Lahore Parking Company in the on-going operation against illegal parking lots.
According to LPC Managing Director Taseer Ahmad, the core objective of deputing inspectors is to award punishment to the operators of illegal parking stands under a legal framework.
`There is also a proposal to empower LPC`s own inspectors in near future so that the company can deal with such affairs on its own,` he told Dawn on Tuesday.
