LARKANA: A toddler girl was among three persons who were killed while a woman was injured in a road accident on Monday near Khokhar, a village some 40 kilometres from here.

The family was returning home after Eid shopping in the city in an auto-rickshaw when a tractor hit their vehicle head-on, killing Haji Hooran Khan Kharos, Khursheed Begum and six-month-old Uroosa.

The injured woman was identified as Tahmina. She was admitted to the Chandka Medical College Hospital in a precarious condition.

The tractor driver fled after the accident while the bodies were handed over to the heirs after a post-mortem examination.
