S H E I K H U P U R A : Three members of a family were killed in a car-truck collision here on Tuesday on motorway near Hiran Minar Interchange.

Tanveer (50), his wife Kiran (40) and 10-year-old son Ali were killed when a mini-truck collided with their Rawalpindi-bound car. Azra Bibi, 66, mother of Tanveer, sustained criti-cal injuries and was rushe d to the DHQ Hospital from where she was referred to Lahore. In another incident, four passengers suffered injuries when a van overturned near Ghazi railway crossing. The injured were shifted to the DHQ Hospital.
